You can now have us place your parcels into a 24 hour locker for pickup at your convenience! Whether you can't make it during office hours,  or you just want to avoid lineups, the overnight lockers are the service for you!

How much does this service cost?

This service costs just $2.00 USD for up to 20 packages, plus any of the normal parcel receiving fees that you’d normally pay.

Because you won’t be coming to the pickup desk, you’ll need to prepay, which you can either do in-store before the locker date, or online through your account. 

How does it work?

1. Log in to your account.
2. Purchase prepaid credits, available in $10 increments.
3. Click on "Overnight Lockers" in the menu bar.
4. Check up to 20 packages that you would like us to place in the overnight locker.
5. Pick a date, up to 7 days in advance.

That’s all! We’ll email you the request confirmation soon after. Then, on the day that you choose, (usually between 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm) we’ll email you the code for the front door, your locker number, and the locker code.

You can come by any time after that, until 4:00 pm of the next business day to pick up your parcel.

NOTE:

If for some reason you don’t receive an email with the locker codes, it will also be on the home page when you log into your account. 

We have lockers of varying sizes, including some very large ones. Most parcels will fit, but the system will let you know if it doesn’t. Parcels that don’t fit in a locker will be considered as a “No locker” or “NL”.

Any parcels that don’t fit in the locker and are considered a “No Locker” will have to be picked up in person during our regular business hours.
